How it works

Build, operate, transfer

One contract, three phases. You judge the team by what your engineering gets done, and you take it in-house whenever you're ready.

Phase 1

Build

Location choice, entity and office setup, recruiting to your bar, AI-tooling setup and onboarding.

First engineers: Start in about 4 weeks

Phase 2

Operate

We run HR, payroll, legal, finance, workspace and retention. You run the roadmap and the code.

Typical duration: 3 to 5 years

Phase 3

Transfer

Whenever you're ready, with no fixed date, the team, and if you want it the entity, moves to you. The transfer fee is agreed at that time.

Longest-running client relationship

Northern Light Group, LLC: a client since 2002

Client: Boston-area maker of SinglePoint, an AI-powered market and competitive intelligence platform used by large enterprises.
What Scoros did: All of Northern Light's software development
Team and location: Grew to over 40 engineers. Started in St. Petersburg, Russia; moved to Barbados when Scoros left Russia, and later added Georgia (the country) while keeping Barbados.
Outcome: All senior staff, about ten engineers, were transferred to Northern Light in the Boston area; Scoros still supports Northern Light with a team of about ten today.

Who you will work with

Igor Razboff, Founder and CEO

Igor has spent his career building teams and helping them work better. In 2002 he founded Scoros International, Inc., which has since run more than 200 research and development projects for clients, with teams ranging from a dozen people to several hundred. Before that he was Chairman of Celerity Solutions, a public supply chain software company; Vice President of Cendant Software; CEO of Capitol Multimedia, a publicly traded company; CEO of Animation Magic, Inc., which produced 17 games; and Senior Vice President and CTO of Northern Light Group. He trained as a mathematician, with a Master's and a PhD in pure mathematics.

We've done this before: Igor's first team was built in 1992 and transferred to Cendant Corporation five years later with over 120 people. Northern Light, a Scoros client since 2002, later took on about ten senior engineers Scoros built for them.
